VALARY Completes Over 300 Million Yuan Series C Financing, a Direct-Invested Enterprise of Nanjing Venture Capital Group

Recently, Jiangsu VALARY Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (“VALARY”), a metal 3D printing powder material enterprise, has completed a Series C financing round of over 300 million yuan. Nanjing Innovation Investment Group participated in this round jointly with a number of well-known state-owned institutions and industrial investors.

Founded in June 2015 and headquartered in Xuzhou, VALARY is a national-level high-tech enterprise invested and established by Xuzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. Its core business is the R&D, production and sales of metal 3D printing powder materials. As a globally leading provider of integrated solutions for metal additive manufacturing, the company’s products are widely used in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, medical and other fields.
Nanjing Venture Capital Group has invested tens of millions of yuan in VALARY through the Jiangsu-Nanjing Advanced Manufacturing Industry Special Fund of Funds and Nanjing Zhongying Fuyao Fund under its management.
