On January 29, 2026, the Jiangsu Nanjing Advanced Manufacturing Industry Special Fund (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Special Fund") held its fourth sub-fund investment decision committee meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the sub-funds in which the Industry Special Fund intends to participate, as detailed below:

The fund targets a size of 10 billion yuan and plans to register in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing. It will have a term of 10 years, with a primary focus on early-stage investments, specifically targeting high-end equipment and next-generation information technology. In accordance with the requirements of the announcement for selecting sub-fund managers under the Industry Special Fund, the proposed sub-funds (attached) have undergone processes including institutional applications, preliminary document review, due diligence, expert evaluation, and investment decisions. The results are now publicly announced for a period of 5 working days, from February 2, 2026, to February 6, 2026.

If any organization or individual has objections to the announced results, please submit a written objection during the announcement period, specifying the reasons for the objection and providing relevant supporting documents. Objections submitted on behalf of an organization must bear the organization's official seal. Objections submitted by individuals must include the individual's real name, organization, contact address, and contact information, along with a signature on the objection materials. To ensure objective, fair, impartial, and timely handling of objections, any anonymous objections or objections submitted after the announcement period will not be accepted.
