On January 8, 2026, Jiangsu Nanjing Advanced Manufacturing Industry Special Master Fund (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Special Master Fund") held the third meeting of its Sub-Fund Investment Decision-Making Committee, which reviewed and approved the proposed participating sub-funds of the Industry Special Master Fund, details are as follows:

The fund has a target scale of 2 billion RMB, is planned to be registered and established in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area with an 8-year term. Its core investment tracks cover high-end equipment, strategic emerging industries and future industries, focusing on investment in the industrial ecosystem of the "Dual Tracks & Dual Clusters" of rail transit equipment and clean energy equipment.

In accordance with the requirements specified in the Announcement on the Selection of Fund Managers for the Proposed Sub-Funds under the Industry Special Master Fund, through the procedures of institutional application, preliminary document review, due diligence, expert evaluation and investment decision-making, we hereby make a public announcement of the proposed participating sub-funds (attached hereto). The public announcement period is 5 working days, from January 19, 2026 to January 23, 2026.

Any entity or individual with objections to the announced results shall submit them in writing during the public announcement period, together with the reasons for the objections and relevant supporting documents. Objections submitted in the name of an entity shall be affixed with the official seal of the entity on the objection materials; those submitted in the personal name shall state the real name, affiliated entity, contact address and contact information of the applicant, and the applicant shall sign the objection materials. To ensure the objective, fair, impartial and timely handling of objections, anonymous objections or those submitted after the expiration of the public announcement period will not be accepted.
