On December 28, 2025, Jiangsu Nanjing Advanced Manufacturing Industry Special Mother Fund (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Special Mother Fund") held the second meeting of the Sub-Fund Investment Decision-Making Committee, which reviewed and approved the sub-funds to be participated in by the Industry Special Mother Fund. The details are as follows:

The fund has a target size of RMB 1 billion, with a 7-year term. It will mainly invest in the following fields: intelligent equipment industry (robotics, industrial mother machines, construction machinery, rail transit equipment); low-altitude economy and aerospace industry (low-altitude industry, commercial aerospace, aircraft supporting); integrated circuits (chip manufacturing, chip packaging, key materials and equipment); new energy vehicles (new energy vehicles, power batteries, intelligent connected vehicles), etc.

In accordance with the requirements specified in the announcement for the selection of proposed sub-fund managers of the Industry Special Mother Fund, through the processes of institutional application, preliminary document review, due diligence, expert review, investment decision-making, etc., the proposed sub-funds to be participated in (attached below) are now publicly announced. The public announcement period is 5 working days, from December 29, 2025 to January 5, 2026.

Any unit or individual who has objections to the announced results may submit a written objection during the public announcement period, along with the reasons for the objection and relevant supporting materials. Objections submitted in the name of a unit must be stamped with the unit's official seal. Objections submitted in the name of an individual must include the individual's real name, unit, contact address, contact information, etc., and be signed by the individual. To ensure that objection handling is objective, fair, just and timely, anonymous objections or those submitted after the public announcement period will not be accepted.
