On December 19, 2025, the Nanjing Aerospace Mother Fund held the fourth meeting of the Sub-Fund Investment Decision-Making Committee, which reviewed and approved the sub-funds to be participated in by the Aerospace Mother Fund. The details are as follows:

The fund has a target size of RMB 1.5 billion, is registered in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, with an 8-year term. It will focus on investing in strategic emerging industries and future technology industries such as aerospace (including commercial aerospace and low-altitude economy), advanced manufacturing, and medical-engineering integration.

In accordance with the requirements specified in the announcement for the selection of proposed sub-fund managers of the Aerospace Mother Fund, through the processes of institutional application, preliminary document review, due diligence, investment decision-making, etc., the proposed sub-funds to be participated in (attached below) are now publicly announced. The public announcement period is 5 working days, from December 22, 2025 to December 26, 2025.

Any unit or individual who has objections to the announced results may submit a written objection during the public announcement period, along with the reasons for the objection and relevant supporting materials. Objections submitted in the name of a unit must be stamped with the unit's official seal. Objections submitted in the name of an individual must include the individual's real name, unit, contact address, contact information, etc., and be signed by the individual. To ensure that objection handling is objective, fair, just and timely, anonymous objections or those submitted after the public announcement period will not be accepted.
