On September 16, 2025, the Nanjing Aerospace Master Fund held the third meeting of its Sub-fund Investment Decision-Making Committee, and reviewed and approved the proposed equity participation of the Aerospace Master Fund in sub-funds. The details are as follows:

The fund has a target scale of 303 million yuan and is planned to be registered and based in Pukou District, Nanjing, with a duration of 8 years. It will mainly invest in the low-altitude economy, aerospace industry and related industrial chains (such as equipment, materials, components, core parts, supporting services and other industries). In accordance with the requirements of the announcement on the selection of managers for the proposed sub-funds of the Aerospace Master Fund, after going through processes including institutional application, preliminary document review, due diligence, and investment decision-making, the proposed sub-funds for equity participation (attached below) are now publicly announced. The publicity period is 5 working days, from September 23, 2025 to September 28, 2025.

Any entity or individual who has objections to the publicity results shall submit them in writing during the publicity period, and list the reasons for the objections and relevant supporting materials. Those submitted in the name of an entity shall have the official seal of the entity affixed to the objection materials; those submitted in the name of an individual shall state the individual's real name, unit, contact address, contact information, etc., and sign the objection materials. To ensure that the handling of objections is objective, fair, just and timely, any anonymous objections or objections submitted beyond the publicity period will not be accepted.
