On February 18, 2025, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. released the Announcement on the Selection Plan for the Fund Custodian Bank of Jiangsu Nanjing Advanced Manufacturing Industry Special Master Fund (Limited Partnership) through the WeChat official account of "Nanjing Venture Capital Group".  

On February 27, 2025, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Nanjing Strategic Emerging Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., organized and carried out the expert evaluation work for the selection of the custodian bank of this fund. The selection result is now publicly announced as follows:

III. Evaluation Result

If any relevant entity has objections to the evaluation result, it shall submit a written challenge to our institution within the public notice period. Materials related to the challenge must be delivered on-site by a designated person; other methods such as mail will not be accepted. Our institution will provide a written reply to the challenger within 2 working days from the date of receiving the challenge letter.
