On March 5, 2025, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. released the Announcement on the Selection of the Custodian Bank for the Angel Fund of Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation of Nanjing Universities through the official website and WeChat official account of "Nanjing Venture Capital Group".  

On March 13, 2025, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Nanjing Zijing Venture Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd., organized and carried out the expert evaluation work for the selection of the fund's custodian bank. The selection result is now publicly announced as follows:  

I. Project Name: Selection of the Custodian Bank for the Angel Fund of Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation of Nanjing Universities  

II. Public Notice Period: March 14, 2025 — March 16, 2025  

III. Evaluation Result  

The list of shortlisted participating banks is as follows:  

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Jiangsu Branch  

If any relevant entity has objections to the evaluation result, it shall submit a written challenge to our institution within the public notice period. Materials related to the challenge must be delivered on-site by a designated person; other methods such as mail will not be accepted. Our institution will provide a written reply to the challenger within 2 working days from the date of receiving the challenge letter.
