In April 2024, Nanjing Municipal People’s Government approved Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to increase the capital of Nanjing Innovation Investment Group. After the capital increase, the Group’s registered capital rose from 5 billion yuan to 15 billion yuan. Seizing this opportunity, the Group actively planned and systematically promoted a new round of corporate credit rating work, and successfully achieved the leap to an AAA credit rating.

The acquisition of the AAA corporate credit rating represents high recognition from the capital market and rating agencies for the Group in terms of shareholder background, comprehensive strength, asset quality, credit capacity, operating efficiency and development prospects. It will help the Group further expand financing channels, optimize financing structure, reduce financing costs, thereby building the brand image of a first-class venture capital enterprise and enhancing its industry reputation.

Standing at the new starting point of the AAA corporate credit rating, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group will fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on "strengthening the city through industries", give full play to the important driving role of the state-owned venture capital platform, and build a first-class national innovative fund investment management and operation platform with strong resource allocation capabilities, innovation origination capabilities and coordinated development driving capabilities. This will provide strong support for Nanjing to accelerate the construction of a main carrying area for an industrial technology innovation center with global influence and a national sci-tech financial reform pilot zone.
