The state-owned enterprise reform of Nanjing Innovation Investment Group has been included in the case collection of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Province

Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Province compiled the Typical Case Collection of Deepened and Upgraded State-Owned Enterprise Reform Initiatives, which includes a total of 90 cases across the province, with 19 cases from Nanjing selected. The case Deepening Reform and Enhancement to Build a First-Class Fund-Based Innovative Operation Platform submitted by Nanjing Innovation Investment Group was included in the first major category of comprehensive cases.

In the deepened and upgraded state-owned enterprise reform initiative, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group has advanced reform and enhancement, and built a first-class fund-based innovative operation platform by promoting corporate culture development, strengthening institutional and mechanism innovation, improving business decision-making mechanisms, enhancing talent team development, and establishing market-oriented incentive and restraint mechanisms.
In recent years, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group has continuously deepened the reform of institutional mechanisms, innovated incentive and restraint mechanisms, and achieved an all-round improvement in its comprehensive strength. The Group directly manages funds with a scale of over 46 billion yuan and indirectly manages assets with a scale of over 200 billion yuan. It has directly or indirectly invested in more than 2,200 projects, among which 100 enterprises have been listed on stock exchanges and 26 enterprises have been listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). As a rising star established in 2018, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group has supported 41 enterprises in listing on the STAR Market, accounting for 7.17% of the total number of listed companies on the STAR Market. Among them, 9 are Nanjing-based projects, accounting for 60% of Nanjing’s 16 STAR Market-listed enterprises.
