Recently, Beijing Boson Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. (“Boson Quantum”), an enterprise invested by Shenzhen Qifu Angel Private Equity Venture Capital Fund Partnership (L.P.) (“Qifu Angel Fund”), a co‑operated sub‑fund of Nanjing Innovation Investment Group (“NJICG”), was featured in the headline report of CCTV News Network. Its technological achievements in quantum computing were highlighted as a representative innovation in future industries.
Qifu Angel Fund participated in the Company’s Series A financing in September 2024 and is an important early-stage investor.

Founded in late 2020, Boson Quantum is a hard‑tech company focusing on photonic quantum computing. Its core R&D team consists of researchers from world‑class universities including Stanford University, Tsinghua University, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with years of experience in photonic quantum information research and dozens of invention patents applied for.
In May 2025, the company launched a new‑generation 1000‑qubit coherent photonic quantum computer, providing on‑demand dedicated quantum computing power, as well as user‑friendly development tools and cloud service platforms in an open‑source manner.
Boson Quantum has established photonic quantum laboratories in Nanjing, Suzhou, Shenzhen and other cities, and built China’s first large‑scale manufacturing base for dedicated photonic quantum computers in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It has carried out scenario verification across artificial intelligence, biopharmaceuticals, finance, telecommunications, energy and other fields, and established in‑depth cooperation with a number of leading industrial enterprises, listed companies, research institutions and laboratories, including China Mobile, Weide Information, Everbright Technology, Ping An Bank, Tsinghua Keyue, Guangzhou National Laboratory, and Beijing Cancer Hospital. This fully demonstrates the huge value of dedicated quantum computing in solving real industrial problems.

This national showcase of Boson Quantum is a practical demonstration aligned with the future industry layout in the 15th Five‑Year Plan.
The Outline of the 15th Five‑Year Plan clearly calls for the development of fault‑tolerant general‑purpose quantum computers and scalable dedicated quantum computers.
As a leading enterprise in China’s quantum computing sector and a representative player in scalable dedicated quantum computing, Boson Quantum’s development path and technological achievements represent a strong response and pioneering practice toward this strategic direction.
Established in August 2022, Qifu Angel Fund has a total size of 500 million RMB.
In 2025, Nanjing Xinxuneng No.1 Venture Capital Partnership (L.P.) and Nanjing Chuangrun Equity Investment Partnership (L.P.), both managed by NJICG, respectively invested in this sub‑fund.
