On December 5th, Moore Threads, an investee of Nanjing Wuyuan Fund—a cooperative sub-fund of Nanjing Innovation Investment Group—was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market (Stock Code: 688795), becoming China's first full-function GPU enterprise to land on the capital market.

Moore Threads was founded by Zhang Jianzhong, former global vice president and general manager of Greater China at NVIDIA. With independently developed full-function GPUs at its core, the company is committed to providing computing acceleration platforms for high-performance computing fields such as AI, digital twins, and scientific computing. Since its establishment five years ago, the company has successfully mass-produced five chips, iterated four generations of GPU architectures and intelligent SoC products, and achieved a diversified layout from chips and computing cards to intelligent computing clusters. As one of the very few enterprises in China that have achieved full-stack GPU technological breakthroughs, Moore Threads is accelerating the large-scale application of domestic GPUs in digital economy, metaverse, autonomous driving and other fields, providing a core computing power foundation for the artificial intelligence era.
Nanjing Wuyuan Fund was established in August 2020 with a total size of RMB 2.5 billion, focusing on technology supply chain, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other fields. The Nanjing Emerging Industry Development Fund and Nanjing Chuangrun Fund, both managed by Nanjing Innovation Investment Group, have invested in this fund successively. As an important partner of Nanjing Innovation Investment Group, Wuyuan Capital has always focused on early-stage value discovery in cutting-edge technology fields. The successful listing of Moore Threads this time serves as a model for both parties to promote the deep integration of innovation chain and industrial chain through fund cooperation.
In the future, Nanjing Innovation Investment Group will continue to deepen strategic cooperation with leading fund managers, focus on core tracks in strategic emerging fields such as hard technology, further play the supporting and guiding role of state-owned "patient capital" in technological innovation and industrial development, and cultivate more globally competitive hard technology enterprises.
