Notice on Publicizing the Proposed Sub-fund to be Participated in by Nanjing Talent Phase I Development Fund
On October 13, Nanjing Talent Phase I Development Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Talent Phase I Development Fund") held the 6th meeting of the Investment Decision-Making Committee, at which the proposal of the Fund to participate in a sub-fund was reviewed and approved. The details are as follows:
Nanjing Talent Innovation Port Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Provisional Name)
Total Fund Size: RMB 100 million
Proposed Registration Location: Jiangning District, Nanjing
Duration: 10 years
Key Investment Areas: Artificial intelligence, biomedicine, robotics, information and communications, etc.
In accordance with the requirements specified in the Announcement on the Selection of Sub-fund Management Institutions for Nanjing Talent Phase I Development Fund, after going through the processes of institutional application, preliminary document review, due diligence, expert evaluation, and investment decision-making, the proposed sub-fund to be participated in (attached below) is now publicized.
Publicity Period: 5 working days, from November 3, 2025 to November 7, 2025
Objection Submission Requirements
Any entity or individual with objections to the publicity results shall submit them in writing during the publicity period, along with the reasons for the objections and relevant supporting materials.
For submissions in the name of an entity: The official seal of the entity must be affixed to the objection materials.
For submissions in the name of an individual: The submitter shall provide their real name, affiliated unit, contact address, and contact information, and sign the objection materials.
To ensure the objection handling process is objective, fair, impartial, and timely, anonymous objections or objections submitted beyond the publicity period will not be accepted.
