As a pioneer in the global AI toy industry, Haivivi has been committed to "bringing toys to life" through cutting-edge technology since its establishment, infusing vitality into toys and delivering the "magic of AI". In June 2024, the company launched BubblePal, the world’s first AI toy. BubblePal took the lead in introducing large model technology into the toy sector, becoming an AI companion with long-term memory, adaptive learning capabilities, and emotion recognition and interaction functions. Since its launch, BubblePal has gained wide recognition and praise from users: its sales exceeded 10,000 units in the first month of release, and the total sales volume has now surpassed 200,000 units. Currently, Haivivi has obtained AI toy cooperation authorizations for many well-known IPs such as Ultraman, Peppa Pig, and Nailong, and has established strategic partnerships with a number of renowned IP owners at home and abroad. Since its founding, Haivivi has completed financing rounds totaling several hundred million yuan; its shareholder base includes not only industry-leading investment institutions such as CICC Capital, CMB International, and Hong Kong Technology Fund, but also first-tier US dollar funds like Sequoia China, Huashan Capital, Joy Capital, and Lanqi Ventures.
Qifu Angel Fund led Haivivi’s angel round financing in March 2024 and is an important early-stage investor in the company. Established in August 2022, Qifu Angel Fund has a scale of RMB 500 million and mainly invests in early-stage enterprises in fields such as the new generation of electronic information, digital & fashion, and high-end manufacturing equipment. The fund is managed by Qifu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (namely "Qifu Capital"). Nanjing Xinxuneng No.1 Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), managed by the Venture Capital Group, invested in this sub-fund in December 2024.
